Hairdresser with fab Pixie Cut skills in Newport/Blackwood area!

I've had my hair in various iterations of the Pixie Cut for many, many years.
I had Covid really badly in 2020 and it affected my skin and hair dreadfully.
i now have rosacea though through trial and error my hair has grown back and isn’t too thin for a woman in her 60s.
DW has been cutting my hair (and hers) for many years and does good job.
However, due the fact that my hair is now curly, last seen when I was 5 years old, and that I didn’t feel well enough to bother with having it cut before Christmas, it’s long enough for a restyle.
I would like a really good cut and then DW can do the upkeep, with occasional visits to the stylist!

Does anyone please have any recommendations for Newport/Blackwood/Caerphilly and surrounding areas?
Otherwise I’m going to have to sit in cafes and stalk unsuspecting women!

Try a good men’s barber. They are usually pretty good at short cuts.

I'm bumping my thread (that no-one except LoserWinner was interested in 😂) to say that I finally found a stylist who is interested in cutting short hair.
She is Louise at Cellys on Commercial St in the middle of town and she
a) listened to me really well
b) explained why I needed a little bit of an interim cut
c) asked if another stylist who trained mainly on long hair could watch her style my hair
d) was kind (I'm quite deaf)

I am walking around on this sunny day feeling so much more like myself
