I don't put anything in my hair. Heat protection? Anti frizz? Help!

My hair isnt curly but its sort of frizzy/wavy if blasted with a hair dryer.
So i always end up straightening it.

I want to start using heat protection and something to make it look sleek.

Any recommendations?

And how do i use the products? Thanks.

Hello
I have recently bought Hask hair serum and it's brilliant
It's on Amazon. Just put a couple of drops through damp hair.

Also the Aussie SOS 100 hours hydration super serum is amazing. Rub a coin size amount through hair. It's lightweight so doesn't cause hair to look greasy

Sorry just re read your post and realised you said heat protection
I used to use a Tresemme heat protection spray which was in a black bottle if I remember correctly. Was great stuff.

Tried to add a link but it wouldn't work so I've added a pic
Hope it works

I have the same hair type as you and alternative between ColourWow (the one in silver bottle) and Olaplex No. 3 and bonding oil (I think no. 7 or 8)

Second the Tresemme spray, but I use Hask shampoo and conditioner.
Will now try the serum. Thanks.

My hair is like this, and is even worse in perimenopause. You need to think hydration at every step of haircare - loreal hydrate shampoo and conditioner, frizzease oil, umberto curl mousse, frizzease heat protection spray, more oil once dry, then keratese overnight serum at bedtime. Then I tame flyaways with frizzease hairspray.

Beware olaplex 3 and other bond builders, you can overdose and it just worsens the frizz.
