Tenerife in May

Would anyone like to help me build a holiday wardrobe for Tenerife at the end of May? First abroad holiday since my honeymoon!

I’m pear shaped, with a little tummy pooch. Size 14.

I don’t like florals or frills. I suit forest greens and aqua, and I love navy and red.

I’m looking for inspiration, so price tags not my major concern - please go wild!

Thanks in advance

for me, being northern GB , those temps would be hot, of you are from the south , could be pretty cool for you

I always pack for what Im expecting from a holiday - rather then the weather . Cos I walk/hike - I travel in walking shoes and jeans and a weather proof jacket

Then I expect the sun and swimming , I pack for that

I also expect the evenings that time of year - cool at night

So for me its Palazzo pants, fitted tops and drapey over wraps - be it a beach wrap or even a thin drapy cardigan that covers the bum

Think about the holiday you have planned and pack for that . Ive a huge midriff now so bikinis arent on my radar anymore so for me it's about the perfect swimwear. I bust the budget on that, so I feel good.

There’s a thread on here I’m watching about swimwear with magical properties - much needed in my case!

any recommendations for palazzo pants? I sometimes find wide leg trousers too long and I trip over them.

Any other suggestions anyone - any links to pieces you recommend? Thanks in advance 😊

Sorry , mine are years old, but I can say they are usually just M&S or even supermarket ones - a couple of quid - well around the £20 mark. Because they are so many years old they arent as wide legged as the latest ones are - too wide legged for me
