So I'm nearly 40. I'm 5ft 4 and about 12st. Apple shaped - thinish arms and legs, carry most weight around my middle. Large bosoms.

Please can anyone tell me what kind of clothes will suit my shape and not make me look awful.

Fit and flare dresses, a line skirts, flared jeans or gradual wide legs, v neck anything, shorts dresses, wrap tops, drape neck jumpers, fine knit jumpers, a well fitting bra is a must! Get measured somewhere decent. Try to wear things that highlight your waist.

A blazer that fits on the shoulders but won’t do up, untucked skimming cami underneath finishing on hip bones and straight leg (stove pipe) jeans then a shoe or trainer with a bit of height, an inch or two if poss
