Cool backpack that is also handbaggy

Right I'm commuting in and out of London as part of new role.
Currently I'm using a crossbody bag, a tote and a punchbag and I'm forever feeling flustered.
I want a cool backpack that is spacious and light BUT I need it to look hamdbaggy enough that if I get home and go straight out with friends it works. I feel like this is impossible. My dream would be the fjallraven kanken with more pockets and in leather (or PU if lighter)

I don't like the Roka ones as they are not smart enough
Any leads?

Have you looked at Knomo? I've always loved and rated their bags and they've got some great looking backpacks. The Reykjavik or Harewood look like they might tick your boxes?

I use quite a sleek Samsonite one myself but they've discontinued this style, the ones they have now are more boxy.

TBH I could count on one hand the number of people I know who commute with a bag rather than a backpack now.

Edited

I find Knomo too narrow. They look gorgeous but aren't good for stuffing things in

I love my Matt and Nat one - I have it in red and black. It fits a small laptop and much of my other gubbins.

Not sure if Cabaia exists in the UK (I'm in France) but they do bags that could be good for what you want.
