I'm have a long day in the car as bringing dc back to university & its 3.5 hrs each way

Its cold & damp here so i'm wearing

Soft straight leg jeans with a deep turn up in a mid wash

Navy sweatshirt with navy applique flower on front

Navy stripey socks

Mainly blue but colourful Hoff trainers

Anthropologie oversized scarf in red / pink

When i'm out of the car i have a long oversized cream coat

Plum leather whistles cross body bag

Not the most exciting outfit but its warm & comfortable.

My goal this year is to build up my weekend (non office or going out)
clothes.

Tommy Hilfiger trainers, white with a tiny bit of gold detail, children’s ones, I have little feet.
When I pop out later I will stick on a dusty pink and grey cashmere wrap.

the most awesome cowboy boots I got on Vinted (Uterque)

One of the camel cardigans I ordered arrived today and I love it. It looks so nice on and has subtle balloon sleeves. Fits beautifully.
I wouldnt normally buy from this shop Bella di Notte as it gives 80 year old on a cruise vibes but I love their jeans and a few select clothes, they all suit me.

I just can’t get my head around cropped trousers! Cold ankles and the draft and cold winds just go right up them.
I’m still in thermal long sleeved tops underneath everything and often still thermal bottoms under my trousers 😂

@TheChosenTwo i am thermal everywhere too! I even used one of those portable heaters in a meeting room earlier at work today!! I am usually the last one of my friends to go “no socls”. I was thinking after the Easter hols i might start packing up some winter clothes to the loft.

Not worth commenting what im wearing today (NPDJ jeans bootcut, tshirt from tiktok, old grey fleece from decathlon: DIY day) but i am thinking about next tuesday…. I will be wearing:
. new balloon trousers from Mint velvet (indigo medina i think) - they are gorgeous and much more appropriate for my age (49) than barrel jeans!

i bought a pair of denim shorts for £4 and was quite chuffed but you beat me!!

Today I’m wearing blue Levi jeans with a brown Loewe belt, a thin beige N Peal cashmere jumper (from the outlet shop) & earlier whilst out shopping a “sand” coloured suede Belstaff jacket.

Dont worry about it. I often post Cotton Traders stuff. I like their teashirts.
