I'm have a long day in the car as bringing dc back to university & its 3.5 hrs each way

Its cold & damp here so i'm wearing

Soft straight leg jeans with a deep turn up in a mid wash

Navy sweatshirt with navy applique flower on front

Navy stripey socks

Mainly blue but colourful Hoff trainers

Anthropologie oversized scarf in red / pink

When i'm out of the car i have a long oversized cream coat

Plum leather whistles cross body bag

Not the most exciting outfit but its warm & comfortable.

My goal this year is to build up my weekend (non office or going out)

i wonder if the brown jacket, the beige cardigan and the brown suede shoes might scream that i am trying too hard
i have the same converse in teal, i feel it would break it up a bit. And teal goes well with denim and brown anyway? What do you all think?

Gosh i feel so vain and insecure sometimes!!!

I love the colour teal so that would be a win for me.

It's was all second hand from charity shops/hand me downs apart from the leggings!
