Save your money, toner doesn’t really do anything. What are you hoping for from it?

If you want a cheap liquid exfoliant (similar to toner but actually does something) containing glycolic acid I think Aldi do/did a dupe of Pixi Glow Tonic or Superdrug have one too called Naturally Radiant.
