Understated handbag

I’m after a small, cross body bag, preferably in a soft leather that doesn’t scream out designer or that I’ve tried too hard - although I really am trying very hard to find one!
I like Sezane, but they’re very hard. I am keeping an open mind about the budget.
I’d be very grateful for any advice, thank you.
