Dressing to hide big belly

I am a curvy size 10/12 but I have separated stomach muscles that i need reconstructive surgery for. So always look a good 6 months pregnant.
I'm really sick of wearing either baggy jumpers /leggings or skater type dresses.

I like the wide leg trousers look but I feel it looks best with a fitted top which I can't do unless I want Elsie down the road to ask me when I'm expecting.

I can not wear anything with a tight waistband. It needs to be stretchy. jeans I find very uncomfortable.

Does anyone know how the Lucy and yak alexa trousers come up? I'm short around 5.5 inside leg around 29inch

Any other ideas of what I could wear? I like alternative looks but equally put together classic looks too. I want to feel comfortable but look good too.

Thank you

DD had a pair of these. Even though the waist on these is elasticated it is quite tight. If you size up for comfort you will find the material in the legs too voluminous to look good.
