Ladies, your help please. I am after a perfume that lasts a long time - all the ones I have literally lasts half hour, if that. I remember having Poison when I was about 19 and the smell was still there even after a bath. Perfumes don’t seem to have the lasting power these days. Hit me with your recommendations please!

I've got a lot of Tom Ford perfumes, and they all have excellent lasting power, especially Tobacco Vanille.

I have recently discovered Saltworks perfumes.

I like Libre for evenings out and perfumes from Vilhelm Parfumerie during the day.

I second Saltworks, the perfumes are strong. Surfari is gorgeous, quite a strong vanilla.

I’m also interested to find a perfume that lasts a long time. Tried poison and the smell didn’t last.

Thanks for your answer. I already have the salt works set and whilst they do smell amazing again I find they aren’t lasting long at all.

Hmm sounds promising… I do love Tresor!

If you don't mind buying at the cheaper end, the Zara Jo Malone collaboration perfumes last well.
