I have one, the one that was all over Tiktok.

Like anything - if you already have good skin, it'll be great. My skin is ok, but I have a lot of texture and rosacea and it does nothing for that. It doesn't make my skin feel any more moist or whatever.

It's also a PITA the get it off if you do leave it on all night.

Personally I prefer the No7 sleep mask.
