Me + Em sizing

Hey ladies who know, is the Me+Em sizing accurate ?
As in the size guideline.

e.g. Size 8 trouser waist 32 inches

I find them true to size. The measurement will be the body measurements the clothes are meant to fit not the garment's actual measurements.
