Is this okay to wear to a funeral - I would be wearing heels?

It depends on the funeral. I was dressed in a very 'show off' dress at my Grandmas because she LOVED us all dressed to the nines. All the women were nipped in waists, show off dresses, bags, hats and even a few full lace gloves/fans on show.

If it wasnt off the shoulder id say it was ok. ...but some dresses designed to be worn off the shoulder can be worn more conventionally and id say it was OK if it could be worn on the shoulder iyswim (but maybe I have lower standards than everyone else!)

Sorry for your loss op 💐 it's a lovely dress but not for a funeral and I wouldn't recommend heels for a funeral. I wore heels to a funeral once they sunk into the grass and there I stood stuck.

Agreed. White, black, or grey top with black, grey or navy shirt or trousers will work - most people have some combination of the above. Stick a dark coloured jacket or coat over it all and sorted. No need to buy anything 99% of the time.

It's OK to want to look nice at a funeral.
The dress you've posted will be fine if you can keep your shoulders covered.
If there is a burial too I would be wary of anything more than modest heels as pp have said.
