I bought a couple of pairs of cord trousers (uniqlo and kit and kaboodle) and although cosy, I'm feeling they look a bit frumpy/ meh on me.
I think part of the problem is I'm quite straight up and down, so I normally wear a more structured waist to give a more flattering look. These cords are elasticated so if I tuck a shirt in they look weird and messy.
Any ideas how I can make them look more cool / stylish / less like a pair of joggers? I don't usually wear t shirts (again, unstructured styles don't look good on me and they're a bit cold this time of year) so what other options are there except a jumper, which seems to look boring on me?
