Does anyone know how good it is?

I bought a cardi on dec 11th and the damn zip just won’t do up. Takes ages to do it and it’s so stiff, I’m afraid I’ll break it everytime.

I’ve worn it once. Can I return this as it’s faulty?

Yes they'll take it. They're very good in my experience.

Have you tried the candle or pencil trick first though? If you like the cardi.

Yes. Usually stuff bought in December you have ages to return. But if it’s faulty you should be able to anyway.

Policy or not, if an item is faulty you are legally entitled to a refund

Thanks all. I wondered how fussy they are as I don’t usually return there

I will try the pencil trick out of interest though!

Well my experience just has been awful my mum purchased me something for Christmas and a product is missing. I’ve rang and spoke to them as said to my mum I would deal with it….apparently they need her consent to talk to me about a missing item from a gift set. Absolute joke, it’s a missing item, just tell me what information you need to be able to deal with it. No won’t speak to me without consent from my mum 2hours away
