Neck and Face sculpture tools, do they work?

Im looking at buying one of those Led sculture tools to help with tightening my face and neck.

Im 50 and being to lose some firmness.

Does anyone have one of these and do they work?

Any recommendations would be very much appreciated.

I’ve just received one as a Christmas present. I’m looking forward to trying it. Not sure how long it will take to see a difference, if any, but will try to remember to feedback

I've been using a foreo bear regularly with mixed results.... It definitely wakes my face up and makes me look fresher on days I use it, so I'm motivated to use it often. It's also over time given me more defined cheekbones. Not convinced it's done much for my jawline unfortunately. You can't use it on the middle bit of your neck either.
