Wedding guest dress

We're going to a wedding next summer, abroad. My daughter has identified a dress she really wants, after a lot of searching and collaborating with her friends. She sent me a photo from Pinterest and I think the style would be a lovely choice for her, but it's one of those super low quality unbranded dresses that appear on loads of websites. She's so excited about this particular event and I want her to feel amazing, and not sweat it out in uncomfortable terrible fabric - if it comes to it of course I'll just buy it for her. It's essentially fairly 50s aside from the straps, I think? Does anyone have any go-to brands for the style?

I love the style but are you sure it’s a legitimate website? The photo doesn’t look like it. If the dress turns up, it might not look so nice in real life.

I see that on amazon for £25 and I wouldn't buy it because there's no way that you could make a decent quality full skirt dress for that price - it uses a lot of fabric!

That's gorgeous. I see they've got it in green and orange too which are a bit more summery. I'd keep an eye on that website OP and see what's in their summer collection.

Yeah, basically I can see it's on amazon, lightinthebox, and various other sites, so all coming from a very cheap supplier and likely to /not/ look like that in real life! Budget isn't unlimited obviously but we can afford to spend on it. It is so unusual for her to request something specific, and she is soooo sensitive about this stuff, that I want to tread the line between respecting what she wants but also buying something that isn't crap.
