Recommend me a make up counter

I am going to book in with a make up counter over the Christmas period and need your recommendations please.

I’m late 40s, some fine lines, skin can feel slightly dry at times and I like an easy, natural look. I would be looking for a whole range of make up products but definitely want to get the foundation right. My budget is a few hundred pounds.

Am in the NW - ideally somewhere in Liverpool if anyone has had good experiences?

Not Liverpool but a couple of years ago, my friend and I went to the Bobbi brown counter in Selfridges at the Trafford centre and they could not have been more helpful. Obvs the staff may have changed but they really were excellent. Disappointingly disinterested in John Lewis alas…

Trafford Centre is somewhere I’d completely forgotten about!
