Help finding outfit for 92 year old

As above. My mum has got much smaller so her inside leg is now 26 inches. She used to be 5’5” and a 16-18 but is now quite tiny and swamped by all her clothes. Maybe a very small 14. No waist and still a bit of a tummy so likes elasticated waists. Not an easy shape to find clothes for. She doesn’t like to feel restricted so soft jersey fabrics. I’m thinking of elasicated straight leg trousers (too wide would be a trip hazard and would swamp her) but can’t find any short enough. And a floaty but elegant tunic top and coordinating cardigan and scarf, but also need to be petite as a regular tunic would reach her knees! I’m thinking something Judy Dench or Joanna Lumley might wear. Blues or teals. Can anyone please help?

Look on Edinburgh Woolen Mill and Bon Marche. Cotton traders also do shorter trousers.

@24Dogcuddler Thank you. Shortest available leg length on Cotton Traders is 27 but I’ll order a pair to try. Still struggling with finding a petite tunic.

Bon marche do 25 inch leg trousers and jeans. I wouldn't say the tops are long either. My mum is 4ft 9 inches and manages ok from there

The jersey m&s classic trousers come in straight leg and petite.(im 5'1") and they were slightly too short for me. How about Bon Marché? I was pleasantly surprised at some of their clothes and as already mentioned EWM. I'd wear some of their stuff and im not in my 90s. (For everyday, if she'd wear leggings, Morrisons do fleece lined leggings which are not too tight and are really cosy)

How about Damart? My petite nana when she was alive got lots of clothes from there.

There are quite a lot of ankle grazers out there that a short in could be full length for her, or trousers with cuffs at the bottom?

I assume you couldn't do a bit of shortening? Just cut a few inches off and a simple hem, nothing fancy, some fabrics you can just cut and they don't fray so no need to hem. Or you can get iron on sticky tapes to hem with (or you could last time I looked which was a while ago).

I saw extra short somewhere while I was looking for Christmas, but don't remember where, might be worth searching for.
