Joules coats and zip issues

Has anyone else had issues with the zips getting stuck on joules coats. I’m not sure if it’s just the one I have or if this is a common issue . I love the coat but last week had to cut the lining to get my phone and car keys out of the pocket as it was stuck fast . Tempted to get a new one as that was a few years old anyway but the zips have caused problems since day 1 .

Yes! I have the same issue! It's v annoying.

@clarrylove the first time I tried it on got one of the pockets stuck . Had the main zip stuck a few times and had to rip the lining . It’s a mess now and it’s such a shame as it’s a lovely coat
