Winter coat for size 20 - but shaped

I am losing weight but currently a size 20, but I would say that I have an hourglass shape. I am looking for a winter coat with a bit of shape to it (preferably not a puffer as they make me look like a barrel) in black or navy. Up to £100 and length to either hip or knee. I’ve tried on so many coats and they are shapeless sacks which are fine if you are slim, but when you are not they just make you look even bigger. No belt though. I’m always seeing Seasalt Janelle and Didrickson recommended but these are out of my price range. I just want a warm coat that isn’t a shapeless sack. I’ve scoured Vinted many times but with the size update fiasco I’ve now give up on that.
