Christmas Day dress

I quite fancy a new outfit for Christmas day. Is this red dress (with black tights) too "on the nose"? If it helps, I'm 5'3 and a size 8 so it would be a little longer on me than the model. (I'm just as flat-chested as the model though so no risk of cleavage.)

I think you might need to be tall to wear it otherwise might end up looking like a maternity dress?

Part of the appeal was that it would leave some room for Christmas dinner!

I like it. I’d wear it with a low denier good pair of black tights.
