Shark smoothstyle hot brush and smooth comb

Has anyone used this and would you recommend it?

I can see a few on ebay/QVC as Shark don't seem to sell it now; they have a new tool but it is much more expensive.

The new one is called Shark Glossi hot brush but I don't want to pay that amount it is £120 at moment, but is out of my budget.

Thanks

I have the smooth style. I also have very fine hair. It’s a bit hot and damaging for my hair, so I don’t use it all the time. You need to make sure your hair is almost dry before using it, or your hair will be fried. It makes my hair very smooth, but gives no volume.

That is useful to know.

I have fine hair too that is coloured so already a bit damaged. I think I will give it a miss it doesn't sound that great...

I would say it’s just okay. I get better results from my cheap Vidal Sassoon round hot brush

I'll take a look at that thanks.

Either way, make sure you have a really, really good heat protectant and use it every single time

I’ve bought a new one recently after my original one burnt out (the motor started smoking!). I dry my hair using it on cool which works well then use the smoothing part in the morning for a bit of shape. I have long fine hair.
I find it better than straighteners.
