Laptop work bag

I’m looking for a new work bag, I think a rucksack/ backpack style. Needs to be big and sturdy enough to carry a laptop, water bottle, lunch thermos, coffee cup.

I’d like leather, but not sure I can actually justify spending that much. Maybe vegan leather?

Would a tote not be awkward/ sore to carry with so much stuff in it?

Tumi rucksack, expensive but lasts for ever (I have mine 10
years) and they look good

The Nordace backpack is great - really functional, but looks nice too. Look at the Siena, or Siena Pro

I think I got mine on sale, and mine is green, but this is totally waterproof, has a laptop slide at the back and two water bottle pockets. Only disadvantage is it has some velcro on the inside which can snag stuff if you don't reattach the other side of the velcro.
