Endo lift complications

has anyone else experienced complications from a lower face and jaw endo lift as soon as I left the clinic, the left side of my face swelled so bad i couldn’t touch it, I have a golf ball size lump in my cheek and it is so painful and tender. I had the Endo lift done on Wednesday and by Saturday I had to get antibiotics. I’ve been on the antibiotics 2 1/2 days now and the lump is still so tender the clinic is telling me it will go down but haven’t said when has this happened to anybody else because when I’m googling there’s nothing coming up.

Go to A&E now; it might be an abscess or a postoperative haematoma. Considering the size, it might need draining.

You need to get in contact with your surgeon or clinic it was performed - this is not normal

Did any one actually see you when they prescribed antibiotics? I'd give 111 a call and be prepared to go to urgent care or a and e

Which order are the photos in - is the swelling getting worse or subsiding?

If you go on to Reddit and type Endolift you will see a lot of users talk about extreme swelling. Some had to get steroid injections.

That looks dreadful, I’m sorry, Would definitely go back in person and see whoever did the procedure.

In the meantime, maybe post on RealSelf.com, there are patient forums and also doctors who can answer if you post your photos.

Hope it improves soon.

subsiding now there’s no swelling but a hard lump!

They are saying it can happen and sent me pics of 2 other clients! Which I wasn’t told at the consultation only told I would get moderate swelling
