I just picked up a pair of black wide-leg tailored trousers with a side sequin stripe from Sainsburys. Wasn't expecting much as I ordered them online, so couldn't really look at them properly and they were half price in the sale. I paid £12.50 for them, but they are absolutely lovely. Really nice fabric and they fit beautifully - better than the M & S ones.

I intend to wear them with a lovely plum coloured Reiss fine knit jumper and kitten heels.

I love a bargain, so would love to hear about yours!

@Makemineacosmo Sainsbury's are fab for clothes I think. I'm going to a lunch on Wednesday and will be wearing black sequin trousers which I picked up recently in Sainsbury's reduced to £16, topped with a black velvet top also from Sainsbury's which I got for £10 when they had their 20% off a couple of weeks ago.

I also got a lovely oyster coloured satin shirt from Primark for £13. It fits and drapes beautifully and looks far more expensive than it was. Yes it's polyester, but so is my satin shirt for which I paid considerably more in Zara.

I agree, I think they have some lovely clothes.
