I cannot lose weight through diet anymore (only fasting works but I can't really do for long enough for it to be effective due to other health problems). Exercise has never worked for weight loss for me. I gained weight recently on a diet a medical professional put me on and know I won't lose it again without surgery. My face is really bothering me. My cheeks and nose have completely changed in shape and it's changed the proportions of my face. I'm looking into this at the moment but was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for surgeons? I worry it might make some of my lines and wrinkles look worse.

No recommendations at all… 9 times out of 10 it is absolutely dire mistake to fuck with your face unnecessarily! Better to invest in therapy so your face no longer bothers you. But ultimately you could also ask your friends and loved ones how you look and I am sure it is better how you perceive yourself!

Ah thanks, I think there was actually a study that showed that plastic surgery had a far higher success rate in improving self esteem when compared to therapy which does very little. After many years the people who'd had therapy felt much the same as at the start whereas the people who had surgery felt much better about themselves. I have speech disorders anyway so I can hardly say anything in the hour.
