Rough skin unde eye

I have a little (less than half my little fingernail sized) patch of skin under my eye.
Any idea what I can apply to get rid? I’m reluctant to excfoliate as the skin there is so tender but not sure what else might get rid.
I have had solar kerastoses on my face treated so it could be the beginning one of them but I’d like to try something at home before heading to gp for something so tiny

DD gets puckered skin around her eyes in this weather, diagnosed as eczema.

My DD gets this in this weather. Our friend recommended a little pot of Aveeno gel moisturiser and it's been really good. We apply it a couple of times a day and it's been much improved.

Thanks both, I’m applying g eye cream twice a day for now but may try hydrocortisone (sparingly) if that do ant work
