The best cure? Acceptance. Most women have cellulite.

Power plate exercises have kept mine at bay for 14 yrs
May be worth a whirl

Swimming and water jets on the cellulite - think standing in hip deep water with waves pummelling your bum and thighs.

I have found swimming to be incredibly effective for getting rid of cellulite. But you need to be doing it virtually every day for an hour.

Why accept something that looks bad? When simple exercise can get rid of it.
Diet is also important - no upfs etc

I just don't think it's worth stressing over. Women of all ages and sizes can get cellulite.

Focus on being healthy but not on a few dimples.

I found dry brushing good for mine

I had cellulite from my 30s till my early 50s, blamed it on genetics as although we are a slim family my mum also had it.
started running c25k and within months my legs improved. Never run more that once a week then started doing glute bridges for 10mins 3 times a day.
i have no cellulite and my legs look the best they ever have at 57.
