Tightening body cream

Is there such a thing? I went wedding dress shopping at the weekend and whilst I knew my skin is a bit saggy, I’m shocked looking back at the photos of how awful it looks.

Ive just started going to the gym to tone up
so hopefully this will help too.

Any recommendations please 😊

Sadly no, the only thing that works is exercise and diet.

How's your water intake? Proper hydration can help a bit, but exercise and diet mainly. Do you moisturise?

No cream will be able to make a big difference to firmness but you can improve appearance a bit, body brushing/korean towel something that does a good job of exfoliating and a cream with urea will make your skin smooth and moisturised. A light spray tan can also help to make it look more toned and firm.

I could drink more, average 1.5 litres a day. Yes I do moisturise, I’ll look at something richer.

ETA yes I do exercise. I’ve lost 3.5 stones this last year but my skin isn’t that loose. I’ll have a look at more toning exercises.

Thank you, I’ll have a look at a body brush.
I’ve never had a spray tan. Been thinking about having one for the wedding but bit worried about having to upkeep/removing it on honeymoon.

I have the Bum Bum firmeza body oil and it definitely smooths and helps reduce the look of saggy, crepey skin. It's really expensive so I only use in the summer months but have made my bottle last several years!

Thanks @itsnothingoriginal, there’s a few offers at the moment. Look Fantastic have it for £36.

Boots No 7 Protect & Perfect Intense Advanced Moisturising Body Serum is very good - currently on offer at £14.97 and it sometimes it features in Boots Tuesday £10.00 offer, but not today. As others have mentioned, water, diet and exercise. You could also consider Clarins Contour Treatment Oil.

I lost 3 stone this year and had the dreaded saggy top arms and the tops of my inner legs looked a bit crap too.

I used the Murad Cream and I thought it did help a bit but of course it could just have been my skin gradually tightening up itself as it got used to the weight loss and I was trying to eat lots of protein and drink lots of water too.
I am in my fifties and I was not exercising beyond walking the dog, doing houseowork etc

Might be worth a shot.....

P.S. I was not taking any weight loss drugs just doing it the old fashioned way
