My eyes are so small! Eye makeup help

I'm quite pale in complexion and have VERY small eyes. I feel they look kind of piggy, hate that comparison but I can't help feeling it. I try and use light coloured eye makeup, I'm in my 50s so there's a limited amount of glitter I can get away with! I also have a slightly droopy eyelid one side, the other one is also a bit closed looking.
I look on YT for makeup tutorials but I can't find anyone with the same problem as me!

Lovely thanks - I did find her through searching but her techniques are a bit more complex than my skill level, so I'll have to see if she does a simpler version (plus, my eyes are a lot smaller and more folded than hers).

Correction- I've actually watched Elena, will now watch Risa!

I've just commented on someone else post, Erica Taylor on instagram talks about eye make up - i think she says something like over the river and through the hood - she tries to make it light hearted and I have foudn her super helpful and easy techniques x
