Christmas Day outfit with this hat, help please

I recently had to start chemo for breast cancer and now have lost all my hair. I want to dress up a bit for Christmas Day and treat myself to something new as I feel I've lost myself a bit.

I already have this hat so bonus points for a style that would match, but I'd welcome alternative hat/headscarf suggestions if that makes it easier to put an outfit together

I'm 36, size 10-12. I have two small children so it needs to be an outfit that's quick and easy to put on, and I don't really like frilly bits. I'm 5'10 and feel the cold easily so would prefer arms fully covered and a highish neckline.
