I saw my perfect boots across a crowded tube carriage this week, and my googling skills are not helping me. I couldn’t ask the wearer as it was rush hour and I’d have had to scramble over half a dozen people first!
They were black leather, between mid calf and knee length, with the perfect almond toe and the perfect amount of slouch. The foot was close fitting, and the leg was looser but not bagging at the top, with a defined slouch. They were flat but not heel-less, so like a man’s shoe. The distinguishing feature was an exposed metal zip up the back (the zip isn’t actually the thing I liked, but it is my only hope in identifying the boots I think!).
Any thoughts?? They looked new so I’m hoping they are current season, not just owned by someone brilliant at shoe upkeep…
