Evri disappeared on Vinted?

Hello, wondering if anyone else has noticed Evri no longer available? It’s been like this for me for about 2 weeks. Doesn’t matter what time of day or night I’m buying - and I’ve tried various different sellers as I’m aware as a seller myself that you can turn off options. It looks like Evri should be available (states collect from £2.29) when I’m checking out but when I go to choose it only lists in-post at £2.39.
same for when I’m selling, I have Evri turned on but all my sales for past 2 weeks have been In-post, Yodel or DPD…. Anyone else noticed this? Thanks.

I have received an item via Evri recently, to a locker which was a first for me. However, there was no collection code to open the locker so I had to get it from customer services.

Maybe they are having issues with this new locker service , and Vinted have suspended it as an option?

Pickledpoppetpickle · 22/11/2025 05:07

Yes noticed it. Most things are in post now. I prefer evri cos you have longer to pick up.

CarlaLemarchant · 22/11/2025 05:32

Don’t know whether it is related but I’m waiting on an Evri delivery to a locker from Vinted. Was supposed to be delivered yesterday but received an email from Evri saying it was delayed (seller has definitely sent it, Evri currently have it) and I’m waiting on updated delivery information.

Not impressed, it’s the only problem I’ve had with a Vinted delivery.

MagneticSquirrel · 22/11/2025 05:40

Do you have lots of Evri parcel shops near you or were you reliant on the one shop? If only 1 they may be having issues or suspended their delivery parcel service with Evri - they seem to rely heavily on local delivery people and don’t have cover for sickness

Evri were also taken over by DHL in May … was hoping that might improve the service!

BlueyandBingo · 22/11/2025 05:46

I have sold stuff this week and it was a mixture of yodel and evri….i don’t think I have anything else turned on.

SkankingWombat · 22/11/2025 06:36

I've noticed this too. I also suspect they're having issues so may have been temporarily removed, as whilst we've still had the odd home Evri delivery from online retailers (less than usually comes via that courier), I've had problems with To Good To Go parcels that have - according to the tracking - sat in a distribution centre for a week before being returned to sender.

It's annoying as it's cheaper than InPost and, like a PP, I like the longer pick up window in case delivery lands in the middle of a manic couple of days/I'm working in the opposite direction that week etc.

Yes, several as I live in a city. None of them available. But I also noticed when moving over the map last night that in a neighbouring town DPD, Royal Mail and Evri all come up as collection options for the same item (from a post office) but for me my closest Evri shop (also a post office so should normally have DPD and Royal Mail) doesn’t show at all for any of the couriers. My city now only has in post or yodel…

Evri in our area at the moment is absolutely dreadful. Parcels being delivered to the wrong address is a huge issue, and lots of parcels just being dumped at one address. The amount of posts I've seen locally, on Facebook showing a picture of a front door and the person stating it's not their front door, does anyone recognise it, as their parcel is being shown as delivered but it hasn't. I wouldn't be using Evri as a seller and I definitely wouldn't be picking it as a buyer. Someone in my area said that one driver didn't speak English (or limited) and his friend was using Google translate on the delivery labels, because neither could read them!

ChillWith · 25/11/2025 10:03

Haven't they merged with InPost?

millymae · 25/11/2025 10:28

I only have Evri and Royal Mail active on my Vinted account and as of yesterday Evri was still available as an option.
It’s only when I moved from eBay to Vinted that I started to use them and bearing in mind all the negativity I’ve been amazed by how quickly items have arrived at their destination
By way of example I dropped something off at my local collection point first thing on Saturday morning and the buyer who lives in a completely different part of the country to me received it yesterday.
I’m lucky that my nearest drop off point is my very well run local post office and there is never a problem with them printing the labels from the QR code. They also appear to have regular daily collections which presumably gets the items into the system more quickly than they might if dropped off elsewhere,

HashtagShitShop · 25/11/2025 10:32

Our evri is horrendous at the minute. Every parcel for the last three or four months has had to be chased up as it doesn't arrive on the day it says it will. I've just had two delivered this morning that should have arrived on the 18rh and were "sorry it's delayed, it'll be out next working day" since then and customer service kept saying it was lost.

The emails are the same cut and paste, they never ever read and actually reply. They will not admit there's a problem at the depot which there clearly is for the whole area covered by it so I try avoid using anyone who uses them where possible now, especially with Christmas coming up

Same here. Evri have been awful recently, so I've avoided.

chickenfucker · 25/11/2025 10:59

I'm having a nightmare with Royal Mail being unable to deliver to their own locker. They have taken it to the depot for collection but marked it on Vinted as delivered to the locker, it's not been and I've not been sent a code to collect it. I can't get it redelivered to my address as there's no link to my address, it's addressed to the locker. And I can't collect from the depot as it's five miles away and it's not addressed to me anyway so I don't think they would let me collect it. I have asked for it to be delivered to my local post office using the tracking number, but I've now been notified that they couldn't deliver it there as there was nobody in! Mind boggling.

Steevieboy4u · 01/12/2025 08:56

It's the same for me. There used to be loads of local Evri's around me. Now when I search my area there is only 1 that's shows (used to be over 5) and the 1 that shows it's out of the way from my usual place of travel

That's Yodel.

Beansontoast1198 · 26/01/2026 09:16

Did you happen to figure this out? I’m in Northern Ireland and use it for buying and selling and haven’t had any orders for sending with evri or buying!! Evri could be annoying but it was cheap. Now I’m not even getting many options to use yodel and the OOH pod lockers, they’re all pick up at the post office which is further for me and I hate.

SkankingWombat · 26/01/2026 23:08

I've got Evri back, although it's now always the same price as Yodel and InPost when I buy (it used to be cheaper). I've sold quite a bit recently too, and every purchaser has selected Evri.
