From recommendations here ( I think) on Christmas thread I ordered an Advent Calendar from justmylook on Nov 11th but no sign of it. Order says it has been ’fulfilled’, tracking says to download Shopify app for details and it says order is ‘on its way’ but tracking number doesn’t work in courier website.
Has anyone ever successfully contacted their customer service? A review search seems to show when things go wrong with an order it goes badly wrong and customers usually end up having to arrange a card charge back due to lack of support.
I contacted JML customer service email but it's just an AI bot saying wait a few extra days but don’t repeat contact us as you may go to bottom of queue. There is no phone number. Calendar has now gone out of stock too. I keep getting so much spam from them and jump hoping its an update but its just offers of which I am never going to risk again. They have even sent me an email saying now your order has been received please rate it.
The calendar is a gift to so now sure how long to wait before I need to source a plan B.
