I sold a pair of Veja trainers on Vinted. I had uploaded a few photos, one of them being the original shoe box. There’s an Other Stories sticker on the box, it’s where I bought them. I posted them on Friday and according to the tracking they are still in transit.
This evening I got a message from Vinted saying the ad had been flagged by Veja themselves as potentially counterfeit and and the ad removed for investigation, talk of bans etc. There was no option to reply. I contacted them through their help function, sent any photos I have including the box. I haven’t heard back yet so in the meantime I’m wondering if anyone has had this happen to them and what was the outcome? At the moment I don’t have the trainers or the payment for them.
