Bodysuits

I really like the idea of bodysuits for layering in the winter, but also don't want my lady bits sliced in two. They all seem to have very little gusset material. Has anyone found some nice comfy ones? I'm thinking long or 3/4 sleeves and a square neck ideally.

I wear them all the time, and sometimes - especially if the trousers I’m wearing are quite tight-fitting, I just don’t button the gusset of the body suit. So it still achieves the look of a bodysuit without slicing your bits in half 🫠😂

I felt the same and I’ve just discovered H&M bodysuits. They do them (I’ve got long and short sleeve) ones in this lovely soft recycled material. No good if you need natural fibres but I find them really comfy to wear, super stretchy, very affordable and they do the job perfectly. I hadn’t worn a bodysuit in 20 years until 2 weeks ago. I now own 3 in different styles/colours.

Do you still stay tucked in with it undone?

I just tend to buy mine from Primark (I'm so cheap I even wait for them to be on sale!).
They are comfy when on, although i find it hard to get them done up without looking like a sumo wrestler!😅

Yeah! I’ve never had a problem with them coming untucked - I almost always wear a belt though.
The only slightly embarrassing issue I’ve ever had is when I was a bit drunk, went for a wee, forgot it was a bodysuit that wasn’t buttoned and sat straight down on the toilet and peed a little bit on the back “tail” before I realised 🫣🫣🫠🫠😂😂😂😂

New Look for cheap and functional.

Stripe and Stare for a bit more luxury and a far wider gusset.

I guess thats better than being to drunk to unpop them!
