Probably not the best fit for style and beauty, but I thought you ladies would know your stuff.

I’m totally on my own for Christmas until the 27th, I split from my partner in May and I’m just starting to feel myself again. It’s my kids year with their dad so it’ll be different, in the past my partner was always here when they weren’t.

I would however like to buy myself some presents! I really like legging type pyjamas, no flappy legs. I usually just buy Primark ones but thought I maybe deserved to treat myself. Can anyone recommend where to get some nice ones?

Also, any other nice treats ideas I can buy myself would be welcomed.

Oh they look nice! Thank you. I was hoping for non Christmassy ones but I’d be prepared to compromise

@SheinIsShiteI couldn’t agree more. I can’t be doing with a draught up my legs.

I usually sleep in leggings and a t-shirt - can't abide flappiness. Getting harder to find though.

Can't advise about PJs but other treats would be the usual - your favourite treat food, a good book, a good xmas film, a bottle of champagne and breakfast in bed, luxurious bath salts, some uplifting xmas music, a new jumper. Also if you can pop round to a neighbours or a friend at some point in the day for a quick coffee it might be nice just to have spoken to someone so you are not alone all day. Failing that a walk, where you are bound to see people, and give them a hearty 'merry xmas'. A bit of human contact however small will go a long way.

Sainsbury's has good ones, look online.
M&S.

They'll be more expensive than Primark but if you divide the price into £per wear, the may end up costing less iyswim. Especially if you're going to wear them as day wear!
I bought a new B&M fluffy hot water bottle ,£8 - it's marvellously comforting!

@Owly11 excellent suggestions thank you. I’ve been invited to friends houses, etc, but I decided to make the most of the tranquility and just enjoy some time on my own. I did invite my mum, but she said ‘thanks for the offer but no thanks pet’, hahaha. I will speak to people during the day though, and walk my hairy pal.

I was thinking champagne too … so decadent! I love it!

@Brummummthanks, I’ll have a look. I’m not bothered about cost, I’ve worked out that I’ll be saving around £300 by not having to buy presents for my ex partner and his family, so I shall spend the surplus on meeeeee!
