These look comfy, are they current? Not looking for high fashion, but fashionable. I'm in my 40s

I think they’re current. Mary Jane style is everywhere at the moment, but at the same time it’s a classic.

I think so yeah. Do they come in any slightly more interesting colours? I saw a lady in a patent red pair in that style the other day they looked really good. Maybe not that but like a burgundy or dark green?

Yeah that's fair enough. I wonder if they're the same bright red ones I was admiring. But yeah they've got an interesting pattern if you look close so not just plain. I say go for it!
