Decently priced evening bag

Looking for something that doesn’t cost a bomb but which I can roll out for the inevitable 1/2 times a year I have a black tie do….so I guess nothing too wildly patterned or glitzy so it goes with loads - and can easily fit a big iPhone!

TK Maxx always have a decent selection. And charity shops usually have some.

Anya Hindmarch Valerie bag (I have 4). They don’t date, are really beautiful and not expensive on eBay or Vinted.

@Alltheburpees I’m so rubbish at trawling the chazza shops and tk maxx but maybe I’ll have to do better 😂

Ive just seen a beautiful beaded bag on ASOS.

I have a couple of beautiful patent leather clutch bags from LK Bennett, bought on Vinted. Really well made and patent lasts a lot longer than something more delicate.
