Hair supplements....when to quit?!

Would you continue past 6/7 months of using a hair supplement consistently, every day, as directed if so far had seen no results? No change yet seen in person or using photos to help track progress. Trying to help my hair thickness- taking a hair vitamin (JS Health), and pumpkin seed oil and saw palmetto which apparently blocks DHT and reduces shedding.
Just thinking do I keep going with them for much longer. If money wasn't an issue I would probably try it for years!

How long is your hair, as hair it grows 1cm per month average so surely need to wait for one full hair growth.

Another way to track measure is tracking jow much hair comes out when you brush. Is it less or the same since the supplements.

When I researched this in regards to post partum hair loss, I found there was no real treatment but taking a multivitamin as not being deficient in anything would promote hair growth. I just take a vitamin D and multivitamin and baby is now 6months and much less hair loss when I brush.

No, I would try a different one. I started seeing results (less hair loss) within a month with the supplement I am on, even though everything said it would be around 3 months.

My hairdresser said you just need a cheap biotin supplement, but you can't take them if you're pregnant or TTC apparently

Give up now. Anything non-medical for hair loss is pointless and you may as well throw your money in the bin. Use Regaine (mens version, not the feeble one for women).
