I have a remote job and am sat at a laptop all day. I meet the rest of the team on a daily basis on Teams. I don’t have great heating! This is all new to me, so what do you wear if in a similar job? So far, the rest of the office seem fairly casual.

I sit in joggers, T-shirt, hoody/sweater, boot slippers. If I have a meeting where I have to be smarter, I sub the hoody for a cardigan. I acknowledge I am a scruff bag but so are most of the people I meet. The smarter people look like they wear shirts/blouses or jumpers with a necklace.

My DD sits with a heated throw in a large old terraced house. Can manage without the heating on so long as she’s got that throw! Only costs about 5p per hour to run.

I usually wear jeans and a jumper, when really cold I wear a thermal vest and have a blanket on my knees. Absolutely no to anything that resembles nightwear and I cannot get in to the work zone sobbing about in a tracksuit or gym gear!

An oodie over a tidyish top. I just whip the oodie off when I have a meeting.

Always leggings and fluffy socks on the bottom half, I do have a nice big blanket as well.

Top half is usually a nice jumper, if I want to look smart I go for a brooch in the centre just below the neckline, or I wear a long sleeve thermal top and put a blazer over the top.

I'm in a professional role, so couldn't wear a hoodie or t-shirt. I'm always on the look out for WFH tops - nice detail around the neck, but loose fitting.

On the two days where I go to the gym at lunchtime I wear a hoody and leggings. Otherwise jeans and a jumper. But I work in very casual team of (mostly male) data scientists.
