I went to a wedding in this dress from Girl in Mind and felt great but I'm after something for drinks and a bit of a pub crawl with DH next week.

We're off to a big city, overnight for a much needed night - maybe a bit of a dance, drinks and lots of fun. Just the 2 of us! 🥰

I wore this to a party a couple of weeks ago. I got loads of compliments, which is a rare thing these days! It hides the fact I have a meno belly and no waist. I wore it with a pair of white cowboy boots from Vinted, which lots of younger women at the party told me were ‘so cool!’ - I don’t think anyone has said that about me or anything I’ve worn for about a decade.

I was at a tribute band gig a few weeks ago. I wore these metallic leopard print jeans from All Saints - the only skinny jeans I have worn or owned for years - with a band tee, black biker jacket and black Grenson boots.

Worn to a big-ish city for a nice dinner followed by drinks at a bar in the centre. I think mini skirts, tall boots and slouchy jumpers are so in, perfect for a dance and drinks. If you want a lighter coat I'd go for something cropped like a short pea coat.
