Heat protector (hair)

My hair is quite honestly a bit shit so I’m trying to look after a it a bit more. It’s slowly getting better and looking healthier but I now need to find a good heat protection spray that doesn’t
-cost a fortune
-leave hair weighed down
also one that’s Isn’t sticky or crunchy once it’s dried or overly perfumed

Any recommendations, please?

Ok, so it does have quite a strong fragrance, all other boxes can be ticked though - this is fab. I always get compliments on how nice my hair smells.
