Does anyone use minoxidil?

I am 46 and have recently grown my hair out. I am happy with the shape and look, but it has started to fall out more than it used to. I am trying to get ahead of this, so wondering about minoxidil.

I have seen Hair+Me and other brands.

Any experiences? TY in advance!

Yes, Ive used Regaine and now a version called Kings from Ebay, it takes time but works if you are consistent.

I have used Nioxin shampoo and conditioner and it did work.

Yes, I've been using oral minoxidil (Hair + Me) for the last month and a bit but just waiting to see if it has any effect. I have been getting constant shedding for the last year and a lot of thinning.

@SutekhsEars it’s been just over 3 months now and think my hair is looking better. I’ll know for sure in another month or two. It was getting pretty thin on top so has a lot of improvement to be made to make it obviously better!

My hairdresser recently recommended nizoral shampoo, the one with 2% Ketoconazole. You use it twice a week and leave it on for 3-5 minutes.

I used minoxidil through hair and me for five months, the hair hair growth was great. But the chin/body hair not so much.
i now use nizorel shampoo a couple of times a week instead.

Ive been using hair and me for about 6 months now and definitely seeing regrowth, lots of annoying baby hairs!

I started with the lotion/drops but it's very toxic to animals apparently so swapped to tablets. I haven't noticed any hair growth in unwanted places..!

I have hair fall and delayed regrowth from medication and noticed a thinning parting and it does appear to be making amends on this. It's pricey though after the initial discount.
