Help with eborian BB shades

I have the CC cream in Clair and Dore and I’m probably in between, the Dore gives me a tan!

I could do with a bit more cover and tried the clair BB cream but it far too light.

would the best shade be nude?

They do a ' super bb' now, a bit more coverage.

Nude is in between those shades but I found it a touch yellow. I add a little bit of Dore to clair, varying through the year.

I am Chanel 20/30 and have to mix nude and dore, nude is v pale. The super b b is v heavy coverage but the normal BB and cc aren't enough. Have given up with Erborian tbh

Is nude paler than clair. I think I might give up!

what’s a good alternative? The sort of my skin but better.

I love the light and fresh feeling and the skincare aspect. I put normal foundation in and hated it the other day.

Yes, nude is lighter than clair. Clair makes me look like I’ve been tangoed. 😂

Edit: Just had a look at Erborian’s website (first time in a while). How weird that they now show Nude sitting between Clair and Dore for the BB crème. Nude used to be the first shade! No idea if that means they’ve changed the formulation of the shades or it’s just IT foolishness.

Also noticed that for the CC cream they now have Porcelain as the lightest shade. It used to be Clair (which is why I couldn’t use the CC as it was too dark for me). But still no Nude for CC but I’m assuming CC Porcelain is paler than BB Nude but who the hell knows?! Not very helpful Erborian!!

I love Nars tinted moisturiser- might that be an alternative
gives a fair bit of coverage, and loads of shades

I’m back again and even more confused. 🙄 More poking around their website and I tried the colour match finder thing.

I used same MAC NW20 colour as my reference/match and Erborian said that meant I was Nude in BB and Clair in SuperBB and CC. 🤔 I AM definitely Nude in BB so that’s correct. But Clair = tangoed. (And I have the BB and CC creams in my bathroom cabinet to prove it).

I noticed the new porcelain shade too. I had to give the BB Clair away as I looked like a ghost. I might get a small tube of the the BB in nude.

my problem is I live in the outback and have to mail order everything! I loved the 00s when I lived in a city and could go to a department store. Although they have all now shut!

I hope BB Nude works for you. It should if you’re NW20 like me. It makes my skin looks fabulous yet completely natural. It was CC Clair that tangoed me, I’ve never tried BB Clair (I foolishly assumed they would be the same shade but maybe not after this?!)

Nude is between Clair and Dore in BB. Clair is too pale for me, but nude is fine.

I have to mix clair and dore in cc cream, I tried the bb in nude but it was too pale, so I brought the dore bb and mix them luckily they are the small size.

I bought the small CC and concealer in a set from Amazon for £20

It is fine but a bit pale still. I think I might be a bit cool rather than pale?

It’s Perfect for winter though and the finish is excellent and is lighter than the hydra luminous that was so heavy.
