Styling advice needed on these boots

DH bought me these boots and I love them.
However I need to refresh my look a bit and would like some styling ideas.

I have stopped wearing jeans, I wear trainers, leggings and overside sweatshirts for work unless I am in a meeting or supporting someone at court or similar.

Im a size 16( for now!!) and 5ft5.
I like a casual look.
All ideas would be very welcome.

Some great tights and a denim or corduroy skirt.

Would you not wear them with your leggings and sweatshirts/knit with socks?

They are lovely, what a great present.

I would wear them with straight leg cords, cuffed to the top of the boots. M&S have some nice ones although I think a lot of sizes are out of stock.

Maybe a denim shirt dress and tights.

Do a Pinterest search for Grenson boots. They are very similar and might give some inspiration.

They're lovely. Style them as you would Grenson Nanettes or hiking boots.

Yes, I would, but I was thinking of a fresher look for me as I tend to wear leggings and sweatshirts all the time.

I'd been on Pinterest this afternoon for something else I never thought to look there.

I totally get the anti-jeans stance. I put on an enormous amount of weight over the last few years and found myself very reluctant to wear jeans (or indeed anything with a proper waistband), although I did have to give in and buy bigger sizes! Thankfully it's now gone again and I'm back in the jeans.

Worth having a look on Vinted to get a couple of cheap pairs in your current size that would be comfortable? Those boots would look really lovely with jeans.
