If you have bruised previously from Botox, does that mean you always do?

I got a horrendous bruise that’s taken two weeks to almost go and due my top up on Monday. I really don’t want another one.

I didn’t drink alcohol for a week before or after, took arnica tablets for 5 days leading up to it and after and used arnica cream. Drank loads of water, don’t know what else I could have done.

Was it actual Botox definitely?

The reason I ask is I have been reading some practitioners are using a ‘generic version’ that is cheaper but it is actually different so more of it needs to be injected.
