Narrow feet and ankles

Hello any suggestions please for good shoe and boot brands that come up narrow in the foot and ankle? Suitable for a young adult please. She is a 8/42 and they seem all be so wide these days..

this is me: Moshulu for shoes, boots, slippers Vans for trainers. Some Clarks but hit and miss. Hunters for wellies. I always need a T-bar or some sort of strap. It’s a lot of trial and error, rarely buy online need a shop to try on.

I’ve had some lovely narrow trainers and boots from Lidl of all places. Obviously it depends on what they have in but if you shop at Lidl do take a look as they seem to run narrow. Otherwise Duo boots for different calf widths. Converse (especially “dainty” ones). Had some from Rieker too.

Some children's shoes now go up to an 8. We have the same issue! I think Birkenstock do a narrow fitting, but don't know if they do boots.

Are we talking very narrow? I had a colleague who had Marfans, she often wore ballet pumps when she went out, this 40 years ago.

Thank you! Children’s shoes had thought size would be too big so will look at what go large enough. The main issue has been welly like ankles on eg Chelsea boots and sandals esp for prom type things are a particular nightmare. If anyone else is reading this we have liked adidas trainers and Archie’s flip flops.

Lots of sympathy here. I would love some Chelsea boots but they’re just not doable. My ankle boots all have to have laces pulled up.

Any shoes made in Spain or Italy are also worth a look.
